Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or strong equivalent accounting knowledge
Solid understanding of accounting principles and property management workflows
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with CSV data
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assist with accounting setup during onboarding, including charts of accounts, charge codes, vendors, and other static configurations
Support the configuration of accounting data within our systems using Excel and CSV files
Validate client accounting data for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with team members to learn migration processes and best practices
Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth migration workflows
Maintain strong attention to detail, documentation, and professionalism on assigned projects
