Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, project management, managing service desk queues, or utilizing ticketing systems is preferred
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management, both inside and outside the organization, as well as directly with carriers and outside entities as necessary
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced organization
  • Must possess the organization’s core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm’s culture

Responsibilities

  • Organize and assign items received through multiple shared inboxes to the appropriate team
  • Handle common issues by providing quick resolutions
  • Identify items that are needing an immediate response and/or escalating complex issues to appropriate colleagues
  • Communicate and assist in tracking and organizing priority items for leadership to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in scheduling team meetings and recording of notes/action items in these meetings to ensure takeaways are appropriately addressed
  • Organize projects and timelines as needed with the direction of leadership
  • Identify and create options for continued process improvement during the operation of daily duties
  • Assist in communicating and working with colleagues outside of team structure to ensure timely communication and that proper internal service is being delivered
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as necessary
