Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, project management, managing service desk queues, or utilizing ticketing systems is preferred
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management, both inside and outside the organization, as well as directly with carriers and outside entities as necessary
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced organization
- Must possess the organization’s core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm’s culture
Responsibilities
- Organize and assign items received through multiple shared inboxes to the appropriate team
- Handle common issues by providing quick resolutions
- Identify items that are needing an immediate response and/or escalating complex issues to appropriate colleagues
- Communicate and assist in tracking and organizing priority items for leadership to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in scheduling team meetings and recording of notes/action items in these meetings to ensure takeaways are appropriately addressed
- Organize projects and timelines as needed with the direction of leadership
- Identify and create options for continued process improvement during the operation of daily duties
- Assist in communicating and working with colleagues outside of team structure to ensure timely communication and that proper internal service is being delivered
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as necessary
