Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, the capacity to work independently and manage time effectively, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience with payroll processing is considered a plus.
The Accounting and Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant will manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payment transactions using accounting software, and assisting clients with payroll processing and tax regulation compliance. The role involves generating financial reports, maintaining organized financial records, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, and staying updated on accounting best practices and financial regulations.
