Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide regional assistance by supporting the daily needs of the sales team across the assigned territory
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through proactive account support
  • Assist with onboarding and training new customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
  • Provide coverage for open territories, including in-person or virtual customer meetings as needed
  • Coordinate sample logistics, marketing materials, and other operational tasks as needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
