Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years relevant Oilfield experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
  • Ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Effective investigating, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to innovate
  • Good understanding of oilfield production systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
  • Interfacing across customer management on issues and escalations to support a diverse range of region-based clients
  • Developing and implementing chemical program monitoring plans, delivering value statements to customers, reducing operation and ownership costs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and enhancement for customers to reduce failures and improve performance and cost savings
  • Collaborating with customers and internal cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and create value
