Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, ideally in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong with data, structured in your thinking, quick to spot patterns and opportunities
  • Not afraid to challenge suppliers, or your own team, when needed
  • Based in the Netherlands or open to relocating

Responsibilities

  • Run your hubs like a business: Own the performance of your assigned hubs (Tier 1 & 2)
  • Work closely with your Pod Lead and fellow Destination Managers (DM) to share insights, cover each other, and improve the way of working together
  • Build solid supplier relationships, making sure availability, pricing, and quality stay sharp
  • Make the call when SLAs aren’t met and escalate when needed
  • Use PowerBI, DevRev, and internal dashboards daily
  • Work with our Operational Intelligence team to spot issues early, like fulfilment dips or rising cancellations
  • Turn insights into action: run experiments, fix inefficiencies, and track what’s working
  • Monitor trends and service issues using our Quality Tree and reward systems
  • Stay ahead of local events and demand spikes
  • Act fast when things go off track
  • Lead structured check-ins with suppliers using real-time data
  • Track KPIs like service quality, compliance, pricing, and fleet availability
  • Improve conversion through smart pricing strategies based on demand, competition, and market dynamics
