Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools and strong analytical skills to interpret complex data are also necessary.
The Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts. They will serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. The role requires becoming an expert on the Airwallex product suite, collaborating with internal teams for client onboarding and optimization, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand clients' use of Airwallex's products.
