Excellent relationship management and communication skills are also required.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship manager for SFOX Connect, focusing on payments/Fintech clients to optimize their digital asset trading, custody, and settlement operations. Responsibilities include conducting quarterly business reviews, identifying opportunities to increase client trading volume, guiding clients through API integration, troubleshooting trading connectivity issues, facilitating the onboarding of new trading counterparties, coordinating prime brokerage services, monitoring institutional crypto trading trends, and supporting the institutional sales team on prospect meetings and product demonstrations.
