Requirements

Candidates must possess effective communication skills for interacting with used car dealers, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, and accountability for their own performance. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capacity to work under pressure in a target-driven environment, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to analyze and present material clearly are essential. Interpersonal skills, proactive and strategic thinking, flexibility, adaptability, and presentation skills for motor dealers are also required. Previous experience in motor finance or the motor industry, and an understanding of the digital marketplace and regulatory environment within the motor industry are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with used car dealers, attending face-to-face appointments and conducting negotiations to offer competitive finance terms. They will manage existing accounts to ensure sales and efficiency targets are met, provide excellent customer service, and actively participate as a team player. The role involves achieving business targets and personal objectives, and attending meetings at office locations as required.
