Responsibilities

  • Implement TenderLink's Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn and cross-selling Experian solutions
  • Achieve agreed customer engagement targets
  • Achieve revenue targets
  • Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets
  • On-board new SaaS customers
  • Closely monitor customers' usage in the first 3 months
  • Provide detailed onboarding support and training
  • Educate and support SaaS customers to notify tenders and award notices using the TenderLink platform
  • Provide SaaS customers with technical know-how and advice on best practice to fully utilise the potential of their portals to accurately target subscribers
  • Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink's products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised
