Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role
  • Ability to negotiate, anticipate commercial discussions, undertake necessary actions to maintain a quality portfolio (contractual discussions, negotiation of commercial tools, etc.), and achieve objectives (OKRs)
  • Ability to maintain control of the partner portfolio, observe market trends, and provide real-time feedback to partners and manager
  • Field expertise: proximity to partners, ability to conduct qualitative competitive monitoring on the portfolio and sector
  • Ability to convince and influence partners to achieve set objectives while respecting Deliveroo's values
  • Proactivity and ability to draw conclusions from action results to make relevant recommendations to the Regional or City Manager
  • Quick understanding and appropriation of objectives to achieve, with autonomy and determination
  • Ability to implement personalized actions consistent with partners' needs and managerial directives
  • Ability to identify, understand, and analyze commercial and operational performance data across the entire portfolio in a service excellence logic
  • Mastery of English (written/spoken) to defend a point of view and communicate effectively
  • Ability to build lasting commercial relationships to make Deliveroo the food reference in partners' eyes

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors, requiring real expertise and particular attention
  • Create a privileged and lasting partnership by providing Food Tech expertise as a zone/city expert
  • Optimize the profitability of the portfolio and propose personalized, long-term support with data support
  • Analyze portfolio performance and take appropriate measures; make direct recommendations to the Regional Manager, demonstrate agility and openness to novelty
  • Suggest and implement adapted marketing and promotional campaigns for the portfolio
  • Closely monitor operations to optimize the experience for both partner restaurants and customers
  • Regular travel required (about three days per week) in the South West Paris area based on zone and market needs
