Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business or related areas
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry
  • Understanding of the Public Health system in Australia
  • Technical or sales experience in diagnostic products (diagnostic pathology, and/or medical device sales)
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and self-driven attitude
  • Ability to travel – up to 15% travel including overnight stays within territory, national meetings and other events requiring travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10kg

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPIs
  • Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory
  • Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory
  • Introduce new products and programs
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance
  • Maintain and manage existing RPAC customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement
