Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in advertising services, influencer marketing, social media etc
Experience working as a part of an IAT (inter-agency team)
Experience in developing and executing successful client programs
Experience working on campaigns with total revenue exceeding $1M
Direct experience with social media tools and platforms
Passion and understanding for influencer marketing
Experience with effectively delegating and/or executing many tactical assignments and accurately elevating and reviewing the work of junior staff
Proactive and unafraid to manage up

Responsibilities

Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate a good understanding of influencer and social media marketing and keeps up to date with current trends
Develop a clear understanding of clients goals and objectives and can translate that into actionable tasks and manage the outcome
Demonstrate tactical proficiency in influencer management, content direction, content scheduling, ongoing tracking and reporting on results
Execute and oversee strategies including - influencer marketing, content/social strategy, community management etc
Develop content overview documents for influencers outlining program details and content expectations with oversight from the senior leadership team
Exhibit effective project management working closely with team to prepare status reports for client
Be a master of process and care about the minutiae of how work is done to ensure efficiencies and practicalities
Effectively work within account budget parameters and assist with budget management
Participate in presentation process including research, audits and proposal development
Manage team development and growth to meet the demands and expectations of clients
Oversee your teams influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platform
