Requirements

  • 3-5 years plus of programmatic/digital account management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing industry
  • Office-based in New York, NY (4 days/week & 1 day remote)
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Provide account management & sales support for an assigned portfolio of existing customers for Xumo Advertising
  • Develop and manage overall account strategies for specific named accounts, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities and new product opportunities
  • Manage overall customer relationship management & customer satisfaction; deliver customer revenue and retention objectives
  • Identify and manage interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities
  • Own relationships with a book of accounts with responsibility for account strategy, spend growth, upsells, and renewals
  • Build, maintain, and handle client relationships
  • Research and understand client business and goals
  • Lead compelling strategic business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities
  • Coordinate and process all client contracts, revisions, and copy into implementation-ready status
  • Contribute to strategic account team meetings to ensure success of live campaigns
  • Own campaign management and recommendations of effective performance to agency and clients
  • Follow ad campaigns closely and communicate relevant clickthrough and creative success to improve performance and aid in retention
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of customer objectives
  • Serve as an escalation point for key customer issues around pricing and agreements
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
