Responsibilities

  • Ensure assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives and delivers profitable growth/market share expectations aligned with the Annual Plan
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and business potential in the territory
  • Coordinate activities with Clinical Specialists
  • Negotiate contracts with hospital customers
  • Keep the company informed of market dynamics and competitive activity
  • Lead all commercial selling activity for the assigned territory, promoting the complete Coronary portfolio (atherectomy, carotid, PCIO, DES, base coronary, and future products)
  • Influence stakeholders within the hospital, drive product utilization, support contracting, develop and manage relationships, and own sales target achievement
  • Support clinical selling activity, including clinical differentiation in procedures, value proposition, product launch, physician onboarding, early case coverage, and training
  • Drive product utilization in key growth categories and sales/placement of capital
  • Drive market development in new product segments and launches
  • Meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for existing and potential accounts to promote company products to appropriate hospital personnel
