  • High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention product line
  • 2+ years of Sales experience
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence & lead others
  • Excellent listening, spoken, & written communication skills in English
  • Ability to balance multiple simultaneous external & internal demands
  • Precise observation skills & strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience with Liner Hangers, and Upper & Lower Completions
  • Strong completions background

  • Previous field and operational experience
  • Experience with smart completions, well monitoring, fiber optics, and wellbore intervention

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to support sales to accounts through the region

Responsibilities

  • Defending the safety & quality performance upon which the Baker Hughes brand is built by anticipating customer needs & affirming adherence to standards when rapid response is required
  • Closing sufficient profitable business to assure revenue/margin plan is achieved despite activity & delivery risks
  • Developing strong personal relationships to understand customer needs, influence decisions, & drive results to improve their business
  • Proposing technical solutions to customer specific applications & remain engaged through successful execution to payment
  • Reporting the activity pipeline for your accounts to support quantifying industry spend & Baker Hughes share/plan
  • Maintaining an accurate forecast of activity to operations for equipment & capacity planning purposes
