Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Japanese
  • 3-5 years in integrated marketing, digital advertising, account management, or project management
  • Exposure to working in a client-facing capacity, handling client requests, taking full and conclusive briefs, and delivering to exceed client requirements
  • Studio management or coordination experience highly advantageous, including understanding of the mechanics of a creative studio

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Project Manager, Director, and key stakeholders to support projects from initial concept to final delivery
  • Help manage the production of digital (corporate websites, campaigns, newsletters, email flyers, e-Learning modules, banner images, graphics) and print products (posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, signage, event/campaign collateral, holiday communications) across Asia
  • Build relationships with day-to-day clients, external agency partners, and cross-functional agency team
  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, website, and video deliverables
  • Leverage project management skills to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Review and refine creative project briefs, gather supporting files, collaborate with creative team to develop, adapt, optimize, and deploy assets according to required digital/print formats and specifications
  • Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge center; guide best practices across creative and production
  • Take in client feedback, assess the best way to move forward, and communicate instructions/next steps to the team by making recommendations and decisions
  • Collaborate with operations and project management team to share best practices and streamline processes
  • Assist with brainstorming and concepting, look for opportunities to bring creativity forward, convey strategic sensibility when evaluating or presenting creative work
  • Work closely with Account and Project Management teams to scope and cost out projects, in addition to managing day-to-day executional requirements
  • Conduct regular status meetings to review deliverables according to agreed milestones, actively seek performance feedback on process and work product, and incorporate feedback into a culture of continuous improvement
