Responsibilities

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth across Digital Media solutions. Provide accurate and timely updates on the opportunity pipeline. Perform detailed research on customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities. Lead strategic account planning and encourage long-term partnerships. Initiate outbound prospecting to establish new relationships and sell across multiple organizational levels. Conduct daily customer engagements via video calls, presenting customized solutions to address strategic objectives. Ensure successful product deployment and promptly address client concerns. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with Solution Specialists to improve the footprint of Adobe Solution streams.
