Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automotive industry
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions
  • Forecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets, and report on sales activities and outcomes
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties
  • Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management review
  • Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed
