Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of eight (8) years relevant sales or account management experience
  • Knowledge of IMS offerings, customer account management and pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Problem solving, negotiation, planning, relationship building, relationship management, presentation, good written and oral communication skills, business acumen are essential
  • Analytical background is preferred
  • Proactive/ have a positive attitude
  • Team player

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key customers
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts
  • Drive client engagements to ensure IQVIA receive all RFPs from client organizations
  • Generate new leads through networking and cold calling
  • Responsible for leading client engagements, contracts, & more
  • Use data analysis to identify what worked, what could be improved and incorporate into your account planning
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, sales, and account history
  • Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and meet customer requirements
  • Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and track key account metrics
  • Collaborate internally to achieve sustainable growth and development
