We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive with over 10 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise technology sales. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of a high-potential market, combining strategic insight with a hands-on approach to drive growth. Your Responsibilities

  • Territory Leadership: Take full command of the Banking Financial Services & Insurers (BFSI), Media & Tech territories, driving new logo sales.
  • Pipeline & Prospecting: Develop the territory prospecting strategy and goals based on target accounts. Actively participate in developing sales campaigns and lead BDR teams in researching and identifying opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Develop pipeline through sales stages, lead client engagements, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build deep, trust-based relationships with customers, positioning solutions that deliver outcomes meeting or exceeding their business challenges.
  • Innovation Driver: Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for innovation, maximizing the value of GenAI tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, partners, sales engineering, marketing, business development, and technical teams to align on customer needs and sales strategy.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales with a history of achieving/exceeding quotas.
  • Strong background in developing new territories or markets, ideally with a focus on ITOM, ITSM, Observability, or digital infrastructure management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships at C-level.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute detailed plans effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), digital prospecting, and hybrid IT concepts.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling ITOM, ITSM, Enterprise Management, or AIOps solutions.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS architectures or hybrid cloud environments.
