  • Demonstrated experience managing major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relations with key client and industry contacts, including platform leads and influencer/talent management agencies
  • Contribute to client projects and always-on deliverables. Deliver to client requirements in full, on time, and within budget
  • Participate in the development of client social and digital strategies, client campaigns, and ongoing programs
  • Work with digital studio and creative teams to shape best-in-class creative work for social media channels
  • Support new business opportunities within the agency, contributing social media and influencer insights
  • Act as a brand guardian for clients and ensure high work standards are met
