Proven experience selling SaaS technologies is essential, along with excellent communication skills, the ability to simplify complex information, proficiency with numbers, and a commitment to delivering world-class service. Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment are also required.
The Account Executive will represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects, research and qualify client requirements to provide tailored solutions, and build strong relationships. They will collaborate with the SDR team to strategize and maintain an accurate pipeline, maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership, and ensure the CRM system is well-maintained and updated. Additionally, the role involves attending industry events to build relationships within the HR Tech/FinTech and Payroll ecosystem.
