RegScale is seeking an experienced SaaS Account Executive to establish the Go to Market plan, build pipeline, and drive enterprise deals to closure. This role is ideal for a high-activity seller who enjoys creating value for customers with disruptive tech solutions and has a passion for solving customer challenges in the compliance industry.

  • Note: Position requires US Citizenship and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing. Travel to customer sites, RegScale offices, and industry events will be required.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build pipeline and consistently exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, evidenced by repeat sales to the same company.
  • Strong working knowledge of Cloud Computing infrastructure and enterprise security/risk management challenges.
  • Successful experience in a Security and/or Compliance startup environment.
  • Track record of effective collaboration with a Partner ecosystem.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across a large geographical territory.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.
  • Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving business priorities and ambiguity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience successfully engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong operational skills to drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness and ability to address escalated customer issues.
  • Progressive sales experience in a subscription-based enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

  • Help build the Go to Market plan for your assigned region and industries, refining target customer lists, building pipeline, and closing new ARR.
  • Work closely with the Customer Enablement team to ensure platform adoption and execute the land and expand strategy.
  • Leverage technology and integration partners to build market awareness, generate pipeline, and close business.
  • Shape the future roadmap by establishing strategic relationships with prospects and customers, and working closely with RegScale product teams to prioritize product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the RegScale extended team to build the RegScale Community in your markets.
