Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS companies, with a strong preference for experience with Healthcare & Life Sciences customers. Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences, exceptional problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in an independent, collaborative, and fast-paced environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or equivalent experience is preferred, along with the ability to travel regionally as needed. Familiarity with data science, analytics, or big data markets is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will build trusted relationships with internal resources, external partners, and client teams to qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance. They will leverage domain knowledge to align Snowflake's value with customer business and technical challenges, staying updated on competitive technologies. Responsibilities include conducting discovery meetings, analyzing business requirements, and delivering solution demonstrations, whiteboarding, and presentations. The role involves guiding customers through digital transformation and cloud adoption, providing post-sales technical guidance to drive utilization, and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products and marketing strategies.
