Huntress is a fully remote, global team dedicated to breaking down barriers to cybersecurity. We protect over 3 million endpoints and 1 million identities worldwide, empowering underresourced IT teams.

What You'll Do

Huntress is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team in Australia. In this impactful go-to-market role, you will be crucial to Huntress's success and growth in the region. You will collaborate with the wider Huntress team and work closely with your SDRs to close new partner opportunities within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include educating partners and driving value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This is a quota-carrying role, vital to Huntress's continued success.

Huntress employs a value-based, solution-oriented sales process focused on educating partners rather than pushing end-of-quarter deals. We seek individuals who embrace this approach, are value-based sellers, coachable, curious, intelligent, resilient, team-oriented, and possess customer-centric empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a pipeline of leads from outreach, qualification, and close.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of product offerings to educate, build credibility, and foster trust with customers within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) community.
  • Work to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Huntress’s security platform to promote products, negotiate opportunities, and close new business.
  • Creatively source new prospects and thoughtfully position Huntress' offerings to suit their needs, acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with various functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Partner/Customer Success, to ensure seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growth.
  • Exceed sales goals and quarterly revenue targets while being a collaborative member of the team.

What You Bring To The Team

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a strategic sales position.
  • Experience managing a high volume of clients and leads while offering high-touch, consultative account management.
  • Comfort working within and maintaining accurate records and forecasting within a CRM system.
  • Strong presentation and active listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and handle changing priorities.
  • A growth mindset, as the cybersecurity industry is rapidly evolving.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and active contributions.
  • Previous experience working with MSPs is helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or cybersecurity sales is helpful but not required.

  • At least one annual trip to the US for Summer Summit.
