Candidates must have 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management are essential, along with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target. Strong business acumen, executive presence, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to C-Suite are required. The ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management, is necessary. Proficiency in Salesforce is required, with experience in MEDDPPICC, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach preferred. Fluency in Dutch or Swedish is required, and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events is expected.
The Account Executive will manage a territory targeting enterprise accounts with 3001+ employees, focusing on hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Enterprise sector. Responsibilities include upselling into the existing account base by leveraging the Extended Access Management platform, owning a specific geographical region or country within the EMEA market, and developing and executing strategic territory plans. The role involves navigating complex sales cycles, consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, maintaining a high level of outbound activity with a focus on in-person meetings, and identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
