Candidates must have 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts, and be fluent in German, both written and verbally. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, demonstrating success in upselling and cross-selling, and delivering forecasts to upper management is required. Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, territory management, and meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target are essential. Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to C-Suite are also necessary. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools, the ability to make technical concepts accessible, and demonstrate an understanding of complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management. Resilience, self-motivation, curiosity, coachability, and proficiency in Salesforce are required. Experience with MEDDPPICC and proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator & Outreach are preferred. Willingness to travel within the region is also expected.
The Account Executive will manage a territory focusing on target accounts and an existing book of business within the Commercial sector, with the primary focus on hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth. They will also be responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging Extended Access Management Identity. Responsibilities include managing and growing the designated territory, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, and designing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This involves consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas and maintaining a high volume of outbound activity including calls, emails, and meetings. The Account Executive will also identify and uncover customer pain points beyond what's initially shared.
