The Account Executive will drive revenue in German-speaking markets, focusing on the mid-market segment. This includes executing sales methodologies to hit quotas, leading opportunities from demo to closing, responding to RFPs, networking with HR & training decision-makers, and developing sales strategies. Responsibilities also involve accurate activity reporting, understanding Learning & Development market trends, building pipelines, closing deals, meeting quarterly targets, and contributing as a subject-matter expert to improve the sales playbook.
