Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with experience expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities
  • Background in Financial Services, Technology, or related field sales
  • Credit Union experience
  • Understanding of corporate financial priorities and plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations
  • Experience delivering double digit revenue growth by solution selling
  • Ability to interact with key areas across customers' organizations, including marketing, account acquisitions, risk management, and collections

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined book of business consisting of credit union clients and implement strategies to expand existing relationships and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their challenges and position Experian's data, software, and analytics solutions to meet their evolving needs
  • Maintain account plans that align with client goals and Experian's growth goals, monitor performance, identify risks, and address issues
  • Partner with other teams including product, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiences and lead long-term value and implementation
  • Exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and credit union market dynamics, share insights and best practices to influence internal strategy and client conversations
  • Take advantage of opportunities to grow as a leader within Experian, contributing to a culture of accountability, innovation, and trust
