Candidates must have a BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud-related technology. A minimum of 5 years of experience focused on generating new business within enterprise accounts is required, along with a proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships. Experience hitting a quota of $800k+ of ARR per year and averaging 8+ face-to-face meetings per week is essential. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
The Account Executive will achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and territories on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy and regional sales plan. They will develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their IT roadmap. Responsibilities also include prospect qualification, managing the sales process, conducting executive discussions, ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction, and driving additional revenue streams.
