Account Executive - Xplor Pay

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote (with field presence in team region) Salary: Commission-only residual model with portfolio ownership component.


Position Overview

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive in Chattanooga, TN, to make a real impact every day. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, selling our payment processing and SaaS services. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of helping businesses succeed by providing them with intuitive, cloud-based technology solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.
  • Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
