Accurate Background is seeking an Account Executive to contribute to the company’s growth and establish it as a premier partner for leading companies. This role involves identifying, prospecting, and engaging with medium to large companies to generate new sales opportunities and build a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling solutions to enterprise-level accounts and will play a key role in streamlining hiring processes and vetting quality candidates across various industries. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage with medium to large companies across various industries.
- Build a portfolio of clients from a sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
- Analyze prospect business processes and design solutions.
- Articulate complex software concepts and business solutions.
- Develop proposals, lead contract negotiations, and finalize agreements.
- Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements, Skills and Education
- Demonstrable 3-5 years track record of above target B2B performance.
- Experience selling solutions to medium to large, enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong sales techniques and processes.
- Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of background screening and workforce risk management (preferred).
