Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience selling K12 solutions, with SpEd experience being a plus. Proven track record in B2B sales carrying and exceeding quotas, experience developing relationships and closing deals with AR/MS/LA/AL schools is beneficial, and demonstrated ability to establish a footprint in new territories are required. Familiarity with Salesforce and deep understanding of the RFP process are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will own the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiations, and closing, while building strong relationships with senior-level School District Officials. They will be responsible for maintaining customer records in SalesForce, carrying an annual logo and revenue target quota, partnering with the customer success team for contract renewals and upsells, and contributing to process and messaging improvements within the sales playbook.
