Requirements

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships

Responsibilities

  • Manage a project with the client from beginning to end
  • Provide leadership and expertise to the onsite creative team at Unilever
  • Identify the best resource within your team to deliver the brief
  • Schedule and manage team priorities and deadlines across client projects
  • Champion a lasting and strategic partnership that cultivates a client experience to engage and delight
  • Financial accountability, including stellar project management and full responsibility for financial management regarding jobs/accounts, including forecasting
  • Process development and fulfilment – maintaining ongoing communications, both internal and external, to keep processes and resources streamlined
  • Brand guardianship
  • Present work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings
  • Resource management - working alongside the Creative Director to ensure the right people at the right time to deliver to client/project needs
  • Own the client relationship and be the agency leader responsible for projects, team resource, and work delivery
  • Think ahead, spot problems before they occur, manage client and internal expectations, support team (managing up and down), and contingency planning
  • Develop close relationships and foster trust with clients to deliver, nurture, and protect the best work
  • Build strong internal relationships with team members, lead team to create great work, and help problem solve
  • Work in partnership with Strategy and Creative teams
