As an Account Director, you will serve as the client's primary partner for discussion and relationship ownership, leading agency projects, managing team resources, and delivering work. You will proactively identify and address potential problems, manage client and internal expectations, support your team through both upward and downward management, and implement contingency plans. Additionally, you will develop close relationships with clients, championing a lasting strategic partnership, manage financial accountability for projects, maintain streamlined processes, act as a guardian of the brand, present work internally and to clients, and manage workloads within agreed timelines.
