Responsibilities

  • Independently manage marketing project workflows using the corporate Asana platform, including project setup, approval routing, task tracking, and deadline management
  • Oversee agent marketing activities to ensure projects are initiated, tracked, and completed according to established standards and timelines
  • Act as the subject-matter expert on projects, guiding decisions related to deliverables
  • Proactively assess agent needs, identify opportunities for expanded support, and recommend services that enhance agent success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and deliverables are met with precision
  • Investigate and resolve agent-related escalations, collaborating with leadership to address issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data across all relevant systems and tools
  • Monitor project progress and generate clear, articulate reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure reporting reflects current status, key milestones, and any risks or delays, enabling informed decision-making and proactive support
