Responsibilities

Klantbeheer: Onderhouden van contact met kleine klanten en vervullen van hun wensen en behoeften
Ondersteuning Accountmanagers: Assisteren met administratieve en commerciële werkzaamheden, zoals opstellen van offertes, klantcommunicatie en voorbereiden van afspraken
Advies en maatwerk: Luisteren naar klantwensen en bieden van maatwerkoplossingen voor marketingactiviteiten bij DPG Media
Rouwberichten: Voeren van gesprekken over mogelijkheden rondom rouwberichten en informeren van uitvaartverzorgers over online en offline opties
Nauw samenwerken met Accountmanagers en het team, inclusief deelname aan teamoverleg op maandag- en woensdagochtend
