Responsibilities

  • Design and implement full-stack Account-Based Marketing programs tailored to engage and convert target accounts. Collaborate with the Enterprise & Mid Market Sales Team to align strategies and achieve pipeline goals
  • Develop and execute funnel acceleration tactics based on data insights to expedite the buyer’s journey and drive conversion rates
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including hosted, sponsored, and partner co-marketing events. Coordinate logistics, content, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution and lead generation
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and adjust tactics to optimize results. Familiarity with the demand generation funnel is essential
  • Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and messaging across all channels
  • Participate in events and meetings across the DACH region, with a significant amount of travel (around 30%) involved to support field marketing activities
