Requirements

Four-year degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Materials Science, or Supply Chain Management
3+ years of direct Supplier Quality Engineering or Development experience, preferably with automotive accessories for EVs, including audits, APQP, PPAP, lean principles, and continuous improvement
Hands-on experience with low-voltage systems, exterior accessory integration, and smart tech features is a strong plus
Strong working knowledge of supplier KPIs, scorecard development, and holding suppliers accountable for quality and delivery
Familiarity with automotive safety and electrical integration standards, especially as they relate to EV accessory systems
Ability to interpret and review technical drawings and GD&T standards for accessory fitment and installation
Experience working with ERP systems to track supplier performance and part traceability
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
High level of integrity and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

Perform domestic and international supplier audits
Administer the APQP process
Hold suppliers accountable to the Quality Requirements Manual
Develop and implement supplier partner KPI/scorecard and actions to improve performance
Evaluate suppliers for production awards
Manage all aspects of supplier quality performance
Develop strong supplier relationships
Work with all internal stakeholders to support the company’s overall objectives and core values
