Candidates should possess an active Secret Government clearance, and experience in complex security systems is preferred. Familiarity with systems such as Lenel, Milestone, RS2, DSX, Brivo, Pelco, Exacq Vision, Interlogix, Bosch, DMP, and Aiphone is desired. The ability to interpret Statements of Work, blueprints, schematics, and manuals is essential, along with knowledge of electronics.
The Access Control Security Technician will install, program, and service a variety of security systems. They will manage onsite installations, collaborate with Project Managers to develop schedules, and execute technical aspects of multiple projects. This includes preparing project documentation, identifying potential project risks, and assisting in strategies to minimize impact on costs and deadlines.
