Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in access management and identity governance. Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices is required, along with experience in implementing and managing role-based access controls (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC). Familiarity with security policies and compliance requirements is also essential.
The Access and Identity Management Analyst II will participate in projects and production support operations focused on implementing IAM integrations and RBAC strategies, collaborate in the design and implementation of IAM technologies, plan and build security for system access, assist with the development of RBAC, ensure evidence of authorization is documented, act as the subject matter expert for Identity Governance and RBAC, reconcile access discrepancies, identify and evaluate risks, understand complex business processes, create and maintain IAM metrics, document system access, support audit findings, create Standard Operating Procedure documents, facilitate continuous adoption of IAM capabilities, and identify gaps in IAM processes.
