Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience with field work, particularly in construction, security systems, or low voltage wiring. They must be comfortable working at heights and have a positive and professional demeanor. Strong time-management and communication skills, as well as basic computer skills including Office Suite and Google Suite, are required. A willingness to learn and operate a bucket truck is necessary, and candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently.

Responsibilities

The Installation Technician will install poles, mount solar panels, and affix license-plate reading cameras. They will work on public and private roads, often at heights of 10-12 feet or using a bucket truck for equipment up to 30 feet high. The technician will adhere to a daily schedule, provide installation pictures via a mobile app, perform administrative tasks, and meet with customers to discuss installation options. They will also interpret traffic control plans and ensure safe and professional work practices.
