Responsibilities

  • Drive demand for Elsevier e-solutions and content within the DACH healthcare education market
  • Generate opportunities for e-solutions and collaborate with the institutional sales team to convert leads
  • Identify key decision makers and position solutions effectively
  • Manage onboarding and implementation of educational e-solutions, particularly with faculty, students, and librarians
  • Support ongoing usage through face-to-face and online training, product presentations, and demonstrations
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with Content, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
