Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a natural science emphasis, and basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office. They must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to read, write, and speak English, and meet DOT vision requirements.
The 3rd Shift QC Chemist will provide timely and accurate analytical results by analyzing incoming, outgoing, and in-process samples, performing calibrations, quality control checks, solutions preparations and standardizations, and maintaining accurate laboratory records. They will also maintain laboratory regulatory compliance, provide technical support to customers, participate in RCRA and other training activities, handle information requests, complete special assignments, and perform daily and periodic instrument maintenance, while supporting effective communication with other Hydrite departments.
