Requirements

Ability to realize or coordinate system studies and specifications (missile definition optimization, equipment sizing, platform integration works, functional chain needs specification, including preparation, launch, and exploitation of system simulations for performance trade-offs and allocation)
Collaboration skills with System Study Managers (RES), métier teams, and dedicated RMO equipment teams
Expertise in specifying or contributing to mission optimization algorithms for platform integration programs
Capability to evaluate or have evaluated missile and system performances (precision, range, firing domains, qualification scenarios), ensuring committed performance levels
Experience in preparing or coordinating firings for the functional part (firing theme, safeguard studies, flight aptitude dossier)
Proficiency in preparing or coordinating firing results analysis for the functional part (functional chain behavior, numerical simulation replay, model recalibration)
Knowledge to contribute to specification and validation of the Reference Dynamic Model, in partnership with RMO MDR
Ability to contribute to onboard software needs specification, in partnership with RMO Operational Software
Skills in contributing to functional validation tests (flight software, static tests, simulation with real elements), in partnership with RMO Operational Software, test teams, and RMO HWIL
Experience contributing to DJD (Definition Justification Dossiers) writing, in partnership with V&V responsible
Reporting directly to CSE (Chef de Service Études?)
Daily collaboration with RMO Operational Software / MDR / HWIL and V&V responsible
Potential to define and follow RES team activities under CSE control
Act as guarantor of system performances for EXOCET Weapon Systems under CSE supervision

Prepare or coordinate analysis of firing results for functional part (functional chains behavior, simulation replay, model recalibration)
Contribute to specification and validation of Reference Dynamic Model with RMO MDR
Contribute to onboard software needs specification with RMO Operational Software
Contribute to functional validation tests with relevant partners
Contribute to DJD writing with V&V responsible
Report directly to CSE and collaborate daily with specified team members
Define and follow RES activities under CSE control if needed
Serve as guarantor of EXOCET system performances under CSE supervision
