Requirements

  • Analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems, as well as coordination with external partners
  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Continuous optimization of local support processes in the area of IT Operations
  • Collaboration with IT experts to resolve complex disruptions
  • Support in IT projects
  • Documentation of all IT processes (inquiries, incidents, solutions)
