Ability to work 2nd shift (M-F 3:00-11:00 PM) in North Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities

Foster a safe environment through education, awareness, and ownership
Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor, eliminating unsafe operations and ensuring a safe and clean environment
Communicate daily with team to designate workload, priorities, and sequence of work
Coach and develop team while fostering a positive employee experience
Drive root cause corrective action projects and continuous improvement
Execute logistics processes to receive, store, pick, and deliver material on time to support production
Lead initiatives within assigned team for 6S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, CQMS/ISO certification programs
Work in a fast-paced environment, directing and adjusting as necessary
Adapt and champion automation and technology improvements for the team
Lead strategic assignments that drive process improvements and operational excellence
