Responsibilities

  • Foster a safe environment through education, awareness, and ownership
  • Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor, eliminating unsafe operations and ensuring a safe and clean environment
  • Communicate daily with team to designate workload, priorities, and sequence of work
  • Coach and develop team while fostering a positive employee experience
  • Drive root cause corrective action projects and continuous improvement
  • Execute logistics processes to receive, store, pick, and deliver material on time to support production
  • Lead initiatives within assigned team for 6S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, CQMS/ISO certification programs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, directing and adjusting as necessary
  • Adapt and champion automation and technology improvements for the team
  • Lead strategic assignments that drive process improvements and operational excellence
