Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional operations leads to build and implement clear business processes that generate efficiency for field teams and support organizational KPIs (Operational Excellence)
  • Assist in tracking key metrics and providing insights that inform decision-making and drive action through a data-driven operating model (Data Analysis & Insight Curation)
  • Execute pilots & projects under supervision of Customer Value product owners, ensuring alignment with portfolio offerings and business objectives (Project Ownership)
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to review processes, drive inspection into the business, and ensure operational rigor (Stakeholder Engagement)
