Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
  • Minimum 2:1 from an accredited university
  • Business proficient in English
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute to operations-related projects that enhance communications, optimize and automate reports, and create operational efficiency
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive about problem-solving, and enjoy working with data and technology
  • Process minded, organized, client driven, and detail oriented with strong presentation skills
  • Strong interest in operations and the financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance
  • Ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring work is delivered completely, accurately, and on time
  • Personable, with the ability to develop client relationships into strategic partnerships
  • Ethical, collaborative, organized, flexible, high energy, self-starter, accountable, humble
  • Great at using Excel, along with some programming skills (recommended SQL and/or Python)
  • Undertaken finance/capital markets coursework (recommended)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central operational liaison focusing on the reporting process and inquiries to help create a better client experience utilizing modern tools and technology
  • Work cross-functionally to understand client needs, translate them into meaningful plans, and execute accordingly to mitigate risk and build efficiency
